Stayed up late but couldn’t sleep in so went for a walk to sample some of the local breakfast delights as the Singapore markets were opening for the day.
I’m a great believer in getting immersed in the local culture and trying the local cuisine, as foreign as it may appear.

Not sure how my stomach would hope, I risked an amphibious tour of the city & harbour on ex-Vietnam war machine called the Duck tour.

- These villas cost minimum $2,000,000 Singapore dollars each (about AUD $1.5 mil). Expats stay here for about $60,000 (about AUD $46,000) per month rental.
- The Singapore Flyer (currently largest in the world) hovering over the partially completed Grand Prix track
- The recently finished Marina Bay Sand Hotel – this is where I’m staying next time:-)
Check the Marina Bay Sand website. The structure at the top is a giant swimming pool. Very cool!
