Stayed up late but couldn’t sleep in so went for a walk to sample some of the local breakfast delights as the Singapore markets were opening for the day.

I’m a great believer in getting immersed in the local culture and trying the local cuisine, as foreign as it may appear.

The locals call these Hotcakes

Not sure how my stomach would hope, I risked an amphibious tour of the city & harbour on ex-Vietnam war machine called the Duck tour.
