The following fee structure (in AUD) is a guide and can be negotiated depending on the number of events planned and available budget.

School workshops/presentations

• Typical whole-day rate is $4000 +GST & travel costs if outside of Melbourne
• Typical half-day rate is $2500 + GST & travel costs if outside of Melbourne
• Typical hourly rate is $1000 + GST (this is for events in Melbourne, recording of resources or live online sessions lass that half a day).

Keynote Speaking (Conferences & Leadership Events)

• Standard Keynote (45–60 mins) $5000 +GST & travel costs if outside of Melbourne
  • included IP reuse & recording rights

Strategic Advisory / Retainer Model

• $6000 per month
  • Typically includes:
    • 1–2 strategy meetings
    • Ongoing advice (email/Teams/Zoom)
    • 2x events per month (eg workshops with teachers, students, parents)

All engagements are tailored to the needs of the school or system.
