Today was tourist day and we begun with a short bus drive to Blarney Castle, a 600 year medieval relic with a stone at the top which is said to have the power to give the kisser the gift of the gab (great eloquence). I wonder if my students will notice a difference next week.

Like many great houses around the world, Looks like Blarney Castle had a room dedicated to my historic family.

Maybe this is where my descendants came from

After kissing the Blarney Castle we moved onto the historic fishing town of Kinsale.

Then we visited the city of Cork

We finished the day with three short inspirational keynote addresses, the most impressive was from Dr Bill Rankin from the USA.
